Millbrook is located in the desirable blue chip Brisbane north suburb of Hendra. The main entrance to Millbrook is on McIntyre Street, from Gerler Road.  There is easy access from both Nudgee and Sandgate Roads. Millbrook is in an excellent location having ready access to the East West Arterial and to the Domestic and International terminals at Brisbane Airport. The M1 to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts is also close by.

Millbrook is close to a network of cycle paths that cross the city. The nearby Moreton Bay Cycleway heads north to Shorncliffe, Redcliffe and beyond. It is a short drive to Racecourse Village shopping complex, Northshore Eat Street, Eagle Farm and Doomben Racecourses, and the Racecourse Road and Portside precincts.
